1:1 Trauma Recovery Coaching Program/ $997
My 1:1 Trauma Recovery Coaching Program is a 12- week program that includes one 60-minute phone call session per week, plus 24/7 support via email or Voxer in between sessions. This intimate program creates a safe space with one-on-one coaching. Each week we will deep dive into focusing on various areas of the trauma healing process that includes: grounding, understanding trauma responses, rebuilding the self, setting healthy boundaries, emotional regulation, rewriting core beliefs, understanding the grief process and letting go, inner child healing, learning to trust again, reclaiming your power, designing a sacred life (discovering your future goals), and a celebration of progress with review on continued healing.

Empowerment and Healing Circle/ $247
My Empowerment and Healing Circle is a small (5-8 women to ensure intimacy and trust) 6-week group session that offers 90- minute weekly Zoom sessions. This includes a private Facebook group chat for continued connection in your healing circle. Each session includes: a guided theme + teaching (20-30 minutes), as well as group sharing and discussion (40 minutes). In our Healing Circle, we will touch on the effects of trauma on the nervous system, trauma responses, self-compassion, the importance of healthy boundaries, stepping into your power, and designing a healing path forward.

Solitary Self- Healing Workbooks/ $57
My Solitary Self- Healing digital workbooks make it easy for those managing a busy lifestyle, exhausted, overwhelmed, and those on a budget! I see you, sis. I’m just glad you’re here and I want to help. In my workbooks, I’ve included everything you need to create your path to healing and empowerment. I’ll guide you through the same steps as my 1:1 coaching program for healing trauma and taking your power back from the comfort and privacy of your own sacred space. This is my most budget friendly program option for those ready to take their life back and heal from toxic relationships. I love this because each workbook is divided up into 12 weeks, so your focus is on one milestone at a time. There are 4 parts that total 1 full year of self-reflection, coping skills, and positive affirmations to help you start your journey to a healthy and emotionally regulated lifestyle. In these workbooks, I combined Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and the ABC model, which you will learn more about in your healing. You can do this, and my workbooks will guide you along the way!
